Questions
How does the free trial work?+
New workspaces get 7 days of the Growth plan. A card is required, but you aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from Settings → Billing.
What counts as a video?+
Each original you upload counts once toward your monthly total, no matter how many variations you make from it. Uploads that fail or that we reject (too long, wrong format) don't count. Totals reset on the 1st of each month.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing; Stripe adjusts the price for the rest of the month. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to scheduled posts if my plan ends?+
They're paused, not deleted. Choose a plan again and they go back into the queue.
Which accounts can I post to?+
Instagram Business and Creator accounts, connected through Instagram's official login. We never see your password.
